From the Vineyard... This past season was really great in terms of warm weather, plenty of sunshine and adequate rain. We continued to expand our plantings of Cayuga White and Vidal Blanc. Furthermore, we had our first harvest of "Noiret", a new Cornell red variety which holds great promise. Barrel samples of Noiret will be available for the 2008 Valentine's event.
From the Cellar... All of our standard wines are currently available. We also have a special edition wine available, which we are calling "Vin Blanc". It is a blend of Ravat and Traminette, which comes through with overtones of sherry. We have never made anything quite like it in the past.
